# What You Need:
→ Fruit Puree
01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, optional, to taste

05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled

# How To Make:
01 - Combine diced mango, peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
02 - Pass the blended fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother beverage. This step is optional.
03 - Add the cooled black tea to the pitcher with fruit puree and stir well to ensure even mixing.
04 - Pour in the chilled sparkling water and mix gently to retain effervescence.
