01 - 2 cups dill pickle juice (from a jar or homemade)
02 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional, to taste)

01 - In a mixing jug, combine the pickle juice with sugar, if using. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
02 - Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess, adding more sugar or a splash of water if desired.
03 - If using, place one pickle slice into each popsicle mold.
04 - Pour the pickle juice mixture carefully into the molds, distributing evenly.
05 - Add a pinch of chili flakes or black pepper to each mold if you’d like a spicy version.
06 - Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until fully solid.
07 - To unmold, briefly dip the molds in warm water and gently pull out the popsicles. Serve immediately.
